NRNs in Texas contribute 21.5 million rupees for Bhote Koshi flood survivors

Texas, USA, Sept 18: The Nepali community in Texas has contributed 21,517,000 rupees to help with the rescue, relief, and rehabilitation of those affected by the Bhote Koshi floods in Nepal.

The contributions came from Lama Foundation (Bedford), which donated Rs 10.7 million, India Bazaar, Fort Worth contributed Rs 3.817 million, One Step Foundation contributed Rs 2.5 million, Avant Foundation provided Rs 1.5 million, Palpali Sangam America donated Rs 1.5 million while Nuwakot Picnic Group Texas donated NPR 1.5 million, according to the Nepali Consul General in Dallas, USA.
