Tribhuvan Highway and Kanti Highway Resume Two-Way Traffic

Hetauda. Tribhuvan Highway (Birod) and Kanti Highway, used for commuting from Hetauda to Kathmandu, have been operating on a regular two-way basis since Friday.

Makwanpur District Administration Office Administrative Officer Santosh Subedi informed that both routes have been opened for two-way vehicle movement after the road blocked in the Krishnabhir section of Dhading under Prithvi Highway came into operation. Tribhuvan Highway connects Hetauda with Kathmandu via Palung-Naubise, while Kanti Highway connects Hetauda with the Kathmandu Valley via Tikabhairav-Lalitpur.
