Lumbini Province Chief Minister Calls for Full Implementation of Provincial and Local Rights

Butwal. Lumbini Province Chief Minister Chet Narayan Acharya has drawn the attention of the federal government to delegate authority for the full implementation of the rights granted to provinces and local levels by the constitution.

While inaugurating a cleanliness program organized on Friday morning at the Provincial Administrative Complex in Rapti Valley (Deukhuri) on the occasion of Constitution Day, Chief Minister Acharya stated that the rights granted by the constitution to provinces and local levels have not yet been fully transferred.
