Koirala's 13th memorial day being observed

KATHMANDU, March 21: The 13th memorial day of former Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala is being observed today across the country with various programs.

The Nepali Congress, its sister organizations, and well-wishers are marking the Day by organizing various programs across the country, it is said.
