Constitution Day: CM Acharya calls for full implementation of Constitution

Dang, Sept 18: Chief Minister of Lumbini Province, Chet Narayan Acharya, has stressed the need for coordination and collaboration among all three tiers of government for the effective implementation of the constitution.

Speaking at a sanitation programme held at the Province administrative premises at Deukhuri on the eve of the Constitution Day today, the Chief Minister said the rights granted by the Constitution to province and local levels are yet to be fully devolved, drawing the attention of the federal government to the need to address such gaps.
