Government Prioritizes Remaining Laws for Fundamental Rights Implementation

Kathmandu. Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Sobita Gautam has stated that the government is prioritizing the enactment of the remaining laws necessary for the full implementation of the fundamental rights guaranteed by the constitution.

On Friday, during the National Assembly meeting, National Assembly member Khambabhadur Khati had asked which laws related to the fundamental rights stipulated in Part-3 of the Constitution of Nepal are yet to be enacted and by when these laws will be enacted.
