Salyan ward chair bars man from govt services for writing against him on Facebook

The chairman of Baghchaur municipality’s ward 4 committee in the Salyan, Prem Bahadur Pun, has barred a citizen in his ward from accessing local government services after he wrote against the ward chair on his Facebook profile.
