Rabi Lamichhane: Constitution Review Should Center Marginalized Citizens

Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) Chairman Rabi Lamichhane has stated that the constitution should be reviewed by centering on the citizens at the bottom of society.

Issuing a message of best wishes on the occasion of Constitution Day, Lamichhane mentioned that the constitution is not just a collection of letters but a sacred contract between the state and citizens. He stated that the fundamental rights envisioned by the constitution should become the daily reality of marginalized citizens.
