Kathmandu, Sept 19: Coordinator of the Nepal Communist Party Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has said that today's prime responsibility is to connect the achievements of the constitution promulgated through the Constituent Assembly to the lives of the people and complete the remaining tasks.
