Bagmati Province Chief Minister Highlights Shared Responsibility for Constitutional Implementation

Hetauda. Bagmati Province Chief Minister Kiran Thapa has stated that implementing the rights granted by the constitution in the daily lives of citizens is a shared responsibility of all three tiers of government.

Issuing a message of best wishes today on the occasion of Constitution Day, he said that by adhering to the constitution verbatim, the provincial government is committed to building a prosperous province through good governance, accountable service delivery, social justice, and inclusive development.
