Far-Western Chief Minister Bhatta States Nepal's Constitution Guarantees People's Supremacy and Rights

Dhangadhi. Far-Western Province Chief Minister Khagraj Bhatta has stated that Nepal's constitution establishes the supremacy of the people and ensures the rights of all citizens.

Addressing the main ceremony of Constitution Day organized by the Far-Western Province government, Chief Minister Bhatta informed that the constitution ensures the rights of citizens who observe all castes, languages, religions, and cultures of Nepal.
