Koshi Province Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki Emphasizes Effective Constitution Implementation for Democratic Republic

Biratnagar. Koshi Province Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki has stated that the democratic republic will be strengthened by the effective implementation of the constitution.

Speaking at a program organized today at the local Shahid Rangasala on the occasion of Constitution Day, he stressed the need to institutionalize the constitution, obtained through the long struggle and sacrifice of the Nepali people, and to establish good governance, transparency, and accountability.
