UML National Congress: 24-point political proposal passed

Kathmandu, Dec 18: The 11th National Congress of the CPN (UML), which concluded formally on Thursday, has passed a 24-point political proposal on contemporary issues.

The proposal was presented by Coordinator of the Proposal Writing Committee, Pradeep Gyawali, in the concluding session of the National Congress. The document has incorporated the issues including the demand of reinstating the House of Representatives (HoR) so as to bring the country back on a constitutional track.
