Constitution, a historic achievement, be amended in way that strengthens it: Dr Bhattarai

Kathmandu, Sept 19: Former Prime Minister and President of the then Constitutional Assembly (CA) Constitutional Committee, Dr Baburam Bhattarai, has said the promulgation of the Constitution by the CA on September 19, 2015 is a significant accomplishment of Nepal's democratic history.
