Elephant Ronaldo Dies in Chitwan, Raising Concerns About Future Conflicts

Kathmandu. Ronaldo, who has been seen and dominant in the jungles of Chitwan for years, is no more. The 53-year-old Ronaldo was a bull elephant regularly seen around the elephant breeding center of Chitwan National Park. According to the park, he was the father of 38 calves. Ronaldo, found dead this morning (Saturday) in the Bisahajari Tal area, was preliminarily reported to have died from electrocution.
