Weather Forecast: Monsoon and Western Winds Influence Nationwide

The low-pressure line of the monsoon is south of the average position. As a result, Lumbini Province, as well as the hilly and mountainous regions of the country, are generally cloudy, while the remaining Terai regions are partly cloudy. Light to moderate rain with thunderstorms is occurring in some places in Bagmati Province and in one or two places in Koshi, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces. Today afternoon, the mountainous and hilly regions of the country will be generally cloudy, and the Terai regions will be partly cloudy. There is a possibility of moderate rain with thunderstorms in some places in the mountainous and hilly regions of the country. There is a possibility of moderate rain with thunderstorms in one or two places in the Terai regions of the country. There is a possibility of heavy rain in one or two places in the hilly regions of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces. Tonight, the mountainous and hilly regions of the country will be generally cloudy, and the Terai regions will be partly cloudy. There is a possibility of moderate rain with thunderstorms in a few places in the mountainous regions of Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces, and in one or two places in the mountainous regions of Lumbini and Sudurpashchim provinces.
