KATHMANDU, Sept 21: The meeting of both houses of the federal parliament is being held today. Speaker Dol Prasad Aryal is set to announce the details of a letter from the President's office concerning the authentication of a bill during the House of Representatives meeting at Singh Darbar, scheduled for 1:00 PM.
