Karnali Province: Irrigation and Drinking Water Access Limited

Surkhet. Karnali Province has a total of 213,544 hectares of arable land. However, statistics show that year-round irrigation facility is available in only 26.99 percent of the land so far.
The review report of the fiscal year completed by the Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the province mentions that out of the total arable land, 130,731 hectares are under cultivation.
