Safe motherhood bill tabled in Parliament, proposes hospitals must serve women who reach them

A bill to amend the Safe Motherhood and Reproductive Health Rights Act, 2075 BS has been registered in Parliament. Minister for Health and Food Hygiene Nisha Mehta has brought the bill.
