Government Plans Township Model for Rasuwa Flood Victims

Kathmandu. The government has put forward a plan to rebuild the settlements affected by the Rasuwa flood not in their original locations, but in a well-equipped 'township' model in a safe place.

Infrastructure Development Minister Sunil Lamsal stated this concept at a meeting of the Infrastructure Development Committee held at Singha Durbar on Monday, saying it was brought to make post-disaster reconstruction more effective.
