Government Focuses on Child Welfare in National Service Corps Bill

Kathmandu. The government's 'National Service Corps Bill, 2083' has prioritized the welfare of children. Responding to questions raised by MPs during the discussion on the bill in the House of Representatives meeting, Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Sobita Gautam stated that the National Service Corps Bill has been prepared with the welfare of children at its center.

She said, 'The law has been made keeping the protection of children's rights paramount. No law can be made outside the scope of the constitution, therefore this bill is entirely in the interest of children.'
