'Relief, rescue operations in flood-hit areas be better organized'

Kathmandu, Sept 21: Minister for Information and Communications, Dr. Bikram Timilsina, said that a plan will be forwarded to resettle those affected by the August 26 Bhotekoshi floods by developing integrated settlements in safe locations.
