CPN-UML Leader Karna Thapa Demands Discussion on 26-Page Dissenting Note

Kathmandu. CPN-UML leader Karna Thapa has demanded discussion on his 26-page dissenting note presented at the central committee meeting. As soon as Chairman Oli presented his report at the meeting, leader Thapa, rising from his seat, urged for his note to be included and discussed.

In response, Oli asked him to send it via WhatsApp or email. Thapa then informed that he had sent it to the Chairman and General Secretary via WhatsApp and also to the party's official email.
