Capital Budget Spending Low in Jumla During First Five Months of Fiscal Year

Jumla. Only 9.4 percent of the capital budget allocated to offices under the Karnali Provincial Government has been spent during the first five months of the current fiscal year (FY), from Shrawan to Mangsir.

According to Mun Bahadur Rawal, Accounting Officer at the Provincial Audit Office, Jumla, 15.19 percent of the total current budget was spent during the review period of five months. He stated that only 9.4 percent of the total budget, specifically the capital expenditure, has been utilized.
