Bus Driver Dies After Setting Himself on Fire in Tripureswor

Kathmandu. The 25-year-old driver Arjun Dawa Lama, who was seriously injured when a bus caught fire in Tripureswor, has died during treatment. Director Nijina Tamrakar informed that the 25-year-old driver Lama, who was seriously injured when the public bus with number Ba 5 Kha 4274 caught fire inside, died during treatment at Kirtipur Hospital last night.

The Rddhisiddhi Yatayat bus, which was going from Mulpani to Thankot, was set on fire. Although the fire was brought under control with the help of the fire brigade immediately after the fire, Lama, whose body was more than 90 percent burnt, died during treatment.
