Nepal Bar Association to bar CJ from entering SC

KATHMANDU, November 12: The Nepal Bar Association (NBA) has announced bar the Chief Justice (CJ) Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana from entering the Supreme Court on Friday.

“The bar won’t let (CJ) Rana enter the apex court today,” said Lilamani Poudel, the general secretary of the NBA. “Advocates are scheduled to gather at the SC at around 9: 30 AM in this regard,” Poudel added.
