Dubai Ruler Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Dies at 76

Dubai. The youngest brother of Dubai's ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has passed away at the age of 76.

The Dubai ruler's court announced his death on Monday and declared 10 days of official mourning across the Emirates. National flags will be flown at half-mast in all government and public places in Dubai during the mourning period.
