Four Dead in Russian Attacks on Eastern Ukraine City

Kathmandu. At least four people were killed in Russian attacks in the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro on Tuesday, local officials said. The attack occurred while President Volodymyr Zelensky was in New York to attend the United Nations General Assembly.

According to Dnipropetrovsk Regional Governor Oleksandr Ganza, Russian forces attacked Dnipro's four districts at night with missiles, drones, and artillery. Warehouses and a commercial establishment were damaged in the attack.
