Kathmandu, Sept 22: In absence of Prime Minister Balendra Shah, who left for New York today leading the Nepali delegation to the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle will oversee the Prime Minister's daily administrative duties.
