Zelenskyy Open to 'Energy Ceasefire' Talks with Russia, Seeks Patriot Missiles from US

Kathmandu. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that Ukraine is open to negotiating on the issue of an 'energy ceasefire' with Russia. He informed that the US has agreed to convey this proposal to the Russian administrative center, the Kremlin, during the UN General Assembly while talking to journalists.

Recently, both Russia and Ukraine have intensified attacks targeting each other's infrastructure. These attacks are particularly focused on energy production centers, transportation structures, and major supply (logistics) centers.
