Roads Affected by Floods and Landslides Across Nepal

Kathmandu. Various highway and road sections across the country have been affected due to floods and landslides. According to the details of the Nepal Police, obstructions and risks have been observed on roads in Kavre, Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Dhading.

In Kavre, large vehicles have been stopped from operating on the Khurkot–Nepal Thok–Katuñjebesi section of the BP Highway due to the risk of potential floods. Police have stated that vehicles will be operated based on the situation from the evening to the morning of October 6.
