Kathmandu. Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal today observed the Nepali Consulate General in New York, United States of America.
During his participation in the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, he observed the Consulate General located in New York, his secretariat informed. During the occasion, Minister Khanal participated in a 'briefing' program organized by Consul General Dadhi Ram Bhandari.
