MCC ratification only in consensus, Chairperson Nepal says

DHANGADHI: FEB. 25 – Chairperson of CPN (Unified Socialist) and former Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal has said the US government’s grant assistance MCC could not be ratified from the parliament as it is.

Addressing the first Far West State gathering of the party’s youth association in Dhangadhi on Thursday, Chairperson Nepal said the MCC should be ratified only on the basis of consensus since the MCC has deepened the political crisis in the country.
