RSP MPs Raise Judiciary Restructuring Issue in Parliament

Kathmandu. Two MPs from the ruling party Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) have raised the issue of judiciary restructuring. Speaking in the House of Representatives meeting on Wednesday, MPs Madhukumar Chaulagai and Yagyamani Neupane raised the issue of judiciary restructuring.

MP Chaulagai stated that the judiciary has become autocratic and needs to be restructured. Chaulagai said that the Supreme Court's Constitutional Bench's interim order on August 31, preventing the immediate implementation of Section 140 (11) 59 of the Federal Parliament Rules, has led the judiciary towards autocracy.
