Nepal’s Prime Minister Balendra Shah (Balen) is set to speak at the 81st United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on September 24, in the aftermath of the Bhotekoshi floods .
If Balen steps down from the UNGA podium having simply asked for aid, Nepal will remain what Nepal has always been: a tragic headline.
