Nepal Bar Association Objects to Proposed Law Commission Act Amendment

Kathmandu. The Nepal Bar Association has expressed serious objection to the proposed bill to amend the Nepal Law Commission Act, 2063 BS. Sending a letter to the Minister of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Sobita Gautam, the Bar has expressed disagreement with some of the provisions and structural changes included in the bill.
