Supreme Court Orders Public Service Commission to Publish Final Results Without Delay

Kathmandu. The Supreme Court has ordered the Public Service Commission not to delay the publication of the final results of the examination for the posts of Gazetted Second Class in the Administration Service, General Administration group, which have already completed the entire process of the advertisement.

On Wednesday, a single bench of Justice Sunil Kumar Pokharel, while hearing the writ filed by Man Bahadur Thapa and others, issued the order. The bench issued a show-cause order in the name of the respondents and directed them to submit a written response. Furthermore, considering the request for an interim order, it was determined that the petitioners had participated in the basket exercise and interview, completing the entire examination process, and therefore, the publication of the results is a legitimate expectation of the petitioners.
