Nepali Congress Kosi Province Local Level Conventions Proceed Enthusiastically, Dharan Elects Consensus Leadership

Biratnagar. The Nepali Congress has stated that the convention process is moving forward enthusiastically in most local levels of the Kosi Province under the 15th General Convention of the Nepali Congress.

In Dharan Sub-Metropolis of Sunsari, leadership was selected by consensus. Narendra Prasad Rai (Pravin) has been elected unopposed as the Nagar President of Dharan. Umesh Thapa, General Secretary of Nepali Congress Kosi Province, informed that all office bearers including the president in Dharan were selected by consensus.
