Flood-Hit School Struggles for Normalcy

Dhading. In the premises of Shree Bagheshwori Secondary School in Baireni, Galchi Rural Municipality-6, Dhading, the noise of children can now be heard, but they are not in their old classrooms. The flood that occurred on Bhadra 10 had changed the very form of the school.

Due to prior information and warning, there was no human casualty here. However, in the haste to save lives, students left their bags, books, and other educational materials in the classrooms. The flood piled mud, silt, and sand in the school premises and classrooms.
