KATHMANDU, Sept 23: The government and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) have pledged to strengthen cooperation in providing relief, protection and rehabilitation to people affected by recent floods in Rasuwa, Nuwakot and surrounding areas.
