Kathmandu. In recent times, the working style of the judiciary, court orders, and the overall restructuring of the justice system have been facing intense debate and sharp criticism in Nepal's political sphere, especially in parliament.

Ruling party Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) lawmakers have vociferously raised the issue of restructuring the judiciary, arguing that it has curbed the government's good governance and reform efforts, from the rostrum of parliament.
