HETAUDA, Sept 23: The District Administration Office (DAO), Makwanpur, has banned vehicle movement at night along the Kanti Highway and the Bhainse-Bhimphedi-Deurali-Kulekhani road section amid growing risks of floods and landslides due to heavy rainfall.
