Surendraman Bijukchhe Elected President of Nepali Congress Pokhara Metropolitan Committee

Pokhara. Surendraman Bijukchhe has been elected as the president of the Pokhara Metropolitan Committee of the Nepali Congress. According to the results of the counting completed on Thursday night under the 15th General Convention, Bijukchhe registered a victory by securing 687 votes.

His closest competitor Santosh Poudel received 317 votes and another competitor Ganesh Bahadur Thapa received 315 votes. Out of 1,448 voters in the election for president and office bearers, 1,003 votes were cast.
