Asleep, Yet Awake

‘Sleep at home, not at the library.’ As if etched on the walls of time and space, this great line features in front of every cubicle of a library that looks exactly like the office space of young journalists like me in one of Nepal’s leading publications in the early 2000s. Fumes from the choc-a-bloc smoking chamber cum tea station of the workplace take me back to the salad days.
