Foreign Minister Khanal Stresses Cooperation Between Himalayan Nations and Small Island Developing States for Climate Justice

Kathmandu. Foreign Minister Shishir Khanal has stated that strong cooperation between Himalayan nations and small island developing states is necessary to strengthen the common voice of countries at risk due to climate change.

Minister Khanal, who is in New York to participate in the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly, stated at a meeting of leaders of the Climate Vulnerable Forum (CVF) on Wednesday that collective efforts are necessary to ensure climate justice.
