Pokhara. Padamraj Gurung has been elected as the president in the election for the president of Waling Municipality of Nepali Congress. He won the post of president of Waling Municipality of Syangja by a margin of only 3 votes.
Gurung won by securing 269 votes out of 542 votes cast. His closest competitor Bodhraj Kunwar Raju secured only 266 votes.
