Karateka Tenzing Sherpa gives Nepal first medal in 20th Asian Games

By Pramod Joshi,Nagoya, Sept. 24: Tenzing Sherpa not only rescued Nepal’s karate campaign at the 20th Asian Games on Wednesday, but also clinched a first medal for Nepal at the 20th Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya on Wednesday. Sherpa’s bronze medal at the Toyohashi Gymnasium halted a run of near‑misses for the Karate national squad.
