Cyclone Arnab Hits Andhra Pradesh Coast, Causes Heavy Rainfall and Disruption in Odisha and West Bengal

Kathmandu. Cyclone 'Arnab' has hit the coast near Kalingapatnam in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh, India.

According to the Meteorological Department, this system had been moving west-northwest at a speed of 3 kilometers per hour for the last 6 hours. It crossed the southwest coast of Kalingapatnam between 11 PM on September 23 and 1 AM on Asauj 08 (September 24).
