Ring Road expansion: Service lane works to complete before monsoon

Kathmandu, Apr. 7: Despite the delay in initiating construction of the main thoroughfare in the second phase of the Ring Road expansion (Kalanki to Narayan Gopal Chowk), work on the service lanes has not only commenced but is now nearing completion.
