Unique relations between Nepal-India due to social and cultural similarities

KATHMANDU: Leaders of different political parties, former ministers and former ambassadors have said relationship between Nepal and India is unique due to geographical proximity as well as social and cultural similarities.

At a program organized by Nepal-India Friendship Society in Kathmandu on Monday on the occasion of 75th Independence Day of India, the speakers shared that there is a special relation between Nepal and India due to equal norms and values as well as ‘Roti and Beti’ relations.
